Time-based fees

In most cases, our fees depend on the time spent. If billing by time is chosen, we specify the hourly rate to be applied and estimate the amount of time likely to be spent on studying and handling the case.

Most often, the firm will try to provide a range of estimates fees that clients can expect.

Each service is detailed in the invoice, which is always made clear and transparent for our clients.

Result-based fees

The firm and the client may agree to set an additional result-based fee, which must be expressly provided for in an up-front agreement between lawyer and client. In this case, a fixed fee or a time-based fee (but fixed at a lower hourly rate or capped) should also be specified.

Again, this billing method is fully transparent, freely discussed with the client and agreed on in advance.
